when do you walk away from a job

Had a potential customer yesterday wanting a 2000 sqft driveway pour. Great job good money. But the guy was already arguing about price before we even signed anything, wanted to change the mix design to save money, and told me his last two concrete guys 'didnt work out.' Red flags everywhere. Walked away. What are your walk away signals
