weekend brisket thread — drop your rubs
Smoking a brisket this weekend and I've got my rub pretty dialed in but always looking for new ideas. What are you guys running? SPG is the base obviously but whats your secret weapon. Don't hold back.

brown sugar smoked paprika onion powder cayenne. layer it on thick and let it sit overnight. dont skimp

SPG and thats it. let the meat and the smoke do the work. everyone overcomplicates brisket

coffee rub. yeah coffee. mix it in with your SPG base and thank me later. trust the process
