got a 1 star review because it RAINED
reroofed a house last month. perfect job passed inspection no issues. two weeks later monsoon season hits (its arizona, this happens every year) and her patio floods. she leaves me a 1 star review saying my roof caused flooding. maam thats a drainage issue not a roofing issue. tried to explain it to her and she said i was being 'dismissive'. cant win

reply to it professionally and move on... anyone in the trades will see right through it

I got a 1 star because the customer didnt like the color of the concrete THEY picked. you cant make this stuff up

had a customer leave me 2 stars because and I quote 'the paint smell gave me a headache.' it was paint. what did you think was gonna happen
