lady threatened to call cops because I showed up at 8am
so get this. Contract clearly says work starts at 8am monday. I pull up at 7:55, start unloading my gear and this lady comes flying out the front door in her bathrobe screaming about how im trespassing and shes calling the police. I literally have her signature on a contract that says 8am start. I tried to show her and she wasnt having it. Told me to get off her property. So I packed up my stuff and left. Called her later and she acted like nothing happened and asked when I was coming back. I said im not. lifes too short for that kind of crazy

lmao I had one call the HOA on me for parking my van in front of her house. the van that was there to fix HER fence

I've started texting the morning of to confirm. Just a quick 'Hey, crew arriving at 8am as scheduled.' Saves so much drama.
