landed a $340K commercial contract
been chasing commercial work for 2 years now. bid on probably 30 jobs and kept coming up short. finally landed a full reroof on a strip mall — $340K. biggest job ive ever done by a mile. crew of 8 starting monday. im not gonna lie im terrified but also more excited than ive been about work in a long time

make sure your insurance is locked in tight for a job that size. and get your draws scheduled in the contract
